The Alco S4 has arrived at it’s new home on the Abilene & Smoky Valley Railroad! This locomotive was donated by the Empire Electric District at Asbury, MO to the Heart of the Heartlands Train Club & Museum in Carona, KS.  The Heartlands Train Club, in turn, donated it to the A&SVRR where it can be returned to service. Donations to the A&SVRR for restoration of the locomotive are appreciated!
